Our FM Team provide a full 24hr Facilities Management Service, managed by a state-of-the-art software system, it alerts the client of ETA, produces work orders when the job is completed and seamless invoicing. (Our work orders will match any SLA’s for our clients).

The team provide a full service of human and physical resources to enable wherever possible first time fix to allow the continuity of the Client's facilities reducing downtime and indirect or direct cost to the end user.

Electrical - Full domestic and commercial planned and emergency reactive maintenance, offering certification, service and install, inspection and testing, emergency lighting and PAT testing, all external and internal power, mains, data, CCTV, audio, visual

Mechanical - Full domestic and commercial planned and emergency reactive maintenance, offering certification, service and install, water (legionella sampling and testing, efficiency treatments for wet heating/cooling systems, chlorination and tank cleaning, repair of leaks and plumbing failures, AC, ventilation and thermal insulation.

Fire Alarm - Testing, servicing, installation, planned and emergency reactive maintenance. Annual and bi-annual certification. Panel, power and battery faults. Device faults (call points, sounders, detectors). Safety device connections.

Gas - Full domestic and commercial planned and emergency reactive maintenance, offering certification, service and install. Boiler breakdowns, commercial kitchens, leak investigation and repair.
